FREE INSTORE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

For your convenience, item(s) purchased online may be exchanged or refunded at 1 of our 2 ZUI stores, provided all online return policy conditions are met. A refund will be provided to you by crediting your original method of payment. Please note that cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances and courier charges cannot be refunded.
Item(s) purchased at any of our 2 ZUI stores can only be returned at a ZUI store and not to our Online Address.


ZUI ONLINE RETURNS POLICY

There may be times when you will need to return an item purchased from us. Our Returns Policy is designed to assist you with your return. The benefits given by our Returns Policy are in addition to other rights and remedies you may have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), as well as any other applicable acts.

If you wish to return any item(s) you have purchased, you can either return the item(s) via courier to our online store within 3 Days from date of receipt, or in person to a ZUI store within 5 days from the date of purchase. Return courier costs will be at your expense,unless the item(s) returned is faulty or not as ordered. In this instance, courier costs will be incurred by ZUI.

We encourage you to return your parcel via The Courier Guy, traceable courier services as all returned parcels remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by ZUI.

Store purchases cannot be returned or refunded online.

RETURNS POLICY CONDITIONS

At ZUI we want to ensure you love the items you purchase. If you have changed your mind on a purchase we will exchange your item or refund your original method of payment provided that:

  • You have contacted our Help Desk advising within 3 days of receipt, and they will assist you in the process of return
  • You return the item within 3 days from date of receipt.
  • You produce your original ZUI invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • In original packaging


If you are not able to comply with these requirements, ZUI reserves the right to refuse an exchange or refund on change of mind items. ZUI will not accept a bank statement as proof of purchase.

We regret that we are unable to accept the exchange or return of the following items for change of mind for hygiene reasons:

  • Tights
  • Earrings
  • Bodysuits
  • Swimming Costumes
  • Undergarments and related accessories

ONLINE EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

We encourage you to return in any of our stores country wide as this is free of charge .If you however choose to return it via our courier service (The Courier Guy), you will be charged a courier fee.

ONLINE EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item(s) for an alternative item(s), please contact our customer care support, prior to sending the items back.

Exchanges can only be exchanged for the same value of the purchase price of the item being returned.

Your item (s) that you wish to return needs to be sent back to our online returns address with the relevant return documents, duly completed and tax invoice (receipt).

If the alternative size or colour is no longer available, provided all the Returns Policy Conditions are met, a refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment. All return courier costs will be for your own expense and this will deducted from your refund amount.

ONLINE REFUNDS

To obtain a refund please contact our customer care support.

A refund will be provided to you crediting your original method of payment, providing all the Returns Policy Conditions are met and our warehouse has received the original item that is being returned. Cash refunds will not be provided under any circumstances.

ONLINE RETURN POLICY DURING PROMOTION

During periods of promotions, wherein free deliveries and/or returns are offered, please note the overriding terms and conditions listed below that abrogate our normal return policy conditions.

  • Should orders received have a need to be returned, it is a requirement that you advice our Order Support Team either by email or WhatsApp.
  • They will then arrange for a collection by The Courier Guy.
  • The item being returned should be:
  • You produce your original ZUI invoice (receipt) when you return the item
  • The item is in original saleable condition:
  • With all original tags and any sewn labels still attached
  • In an unworn, unopened and unused state
  • In original packaging
  • The items would have been received in a carton, bubbled wrap. It is a minimum requirement that you close the carton with Sellotape and if possible bubble wrap the package again with the same bubble wrap so as to avoid and mishaps or theft or any damages.
  • Refunds, credits or exchanges will be effected once packaging has been received in good order as required above.
